Driver Ended Up in Old Tampa Bay to Avoid Collision

June 11, 2010. Gregory Snow, of Tampa, Florida, encountered a vehicle in his lane and swered to avoid an impending collision. Mr. Snow's vehicle ended up in the waters of Old Tampa Bay.
