April 15, 2010. A car accident in east Orange County, Florida killed a woman riding as a passenger.

Nationwide appealed a case where the plaintiff (claimant) obtained a judgment in excess of policy limits. In a post-trial motion, Nationwide sought sanctions for enforcement of an erroneous judgment. The Court has the power to give and take.
