Ryan LeVin, 35, of Hoffman Estates, Illinois, was charged with two counts of vehicular manslaughter as a result of a hit and run accident involving a Porsche 911.  The Porsche 911 took off after two British businessmen were struck and killed.  A Ft. Lauderdale, Florida judge denied LeVin bond.  In particular, LeVin has a parole violation in Illinois that is keeping him in jail.  LeVin was reported to be on parole for a 2006 high speed chase in Chicago that injured a police officer and two motorists.  LeVin is the owner of the Porsche 911 and very likely was the driver who struck and killed the two British businessmen.
