Helicopter Crashes, Kills 3

The medical helicopter carrying three people crashed near Brownsville, TN.  Aviation accidents are frequently deadly when they occur.  The helicopter was only carrying crew at the time of the crash.  Just prior to the crash, the helicopter had flown a patient to a hospital.
