Personal injury lawyers with Moody Law have handled a variety of serious injury cases.  If you or a loved one has been involved in a car accident in greater Central Florida, please contact a personal injury lawyer with Moody Law to discuss your case.  Our personal injury lawyers serve Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bartow, Haines City, Davenport, and Polk County, Florida.  We also handle selected cases on a statewide basis.  It is always a tragedy when young people are injured as they have so far to go in life and have to carry those injuries so much further.  These injuries are oftentimes the result of negligence of another.  Insurance policies generally cover incidents such as these.  However, there are limitations that you need to be aware.  For instance, most if not all insurance policies exclude claims brought against family members.  In this case, if a family member was driving the vehicle and no other vehicles were at fault, then no insurance would apply.  However, if the testimony is that another vehicle, perhaps unidentified, was a cause or the cause of the accident, then uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage may very well apply.
