Our client was a passenger in a motor vehicle accident and suffered a fractured ankle. This claim involved a total of three separate insurance policies each providing different coverages. Our client’s own insurance policy was excess over and above the underinsured at-fault driver’s policy and the host vehicle’s own underinsured motorist policy.
