Two vans crashed on Interstate 4 injuring a total of 10 people, including 2 children.  The crash occurred near International Speedway Blvd.'s exit.  A minivan and a cargo van collided.  A family of 8, including 2 kids, were riding in the cargo van.  The cargo van was driven by Marcel Aimable, 62, of Belle Glade, Florida.  This cargo van only had two seatbelts.  Both of the children were in serious condition and transported to Halifax Medical Center.  The other van, driven by Robert W. Merkel, 69, struck the cargo van after being distracted by a roadside deer and an overhead sign.  Joanne Merkel, 69, was in critical condition.
