19 Year Old Critical After Tire Blowout

A 19-year-old woman is in critical condition after a tire blowout on Interstate-95.  The left rear tire of her 2000 Ford Explorer blew out after a tread separation.  The woman's SUV left the roadway, struck a metal guardrail, and flipped end over end three time before catching on fire.  The woman is identified as Katherine Parker from Sanford, Florida.  The accident happened in the left lane near mile marker 168 in Malabar, Florida.
