Meet the Lawyers of Moody Law
Daniel D. Moody
Daniel D. Moody's legal career spans five decades. His entire time as a lawyer has been spent serving residents of Polk County and nearby Florida communities.
Mr. Moody began practicing law in 1985 after receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. After law school, he built a strong reputation helping clients with personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases.
Mr. Moody established Moody Law in 2007. He is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Florida State Bar. He also holds an AV-Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®.
Andrew D. Moody
Born and raised in Polk County, Andrew “Drew” Dwight Moody is committed to helping clients who have been injured due to another person's negligence or recklessness.
Drew received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. During his final year of law school, he secured an externship with the State Attorney’s Office for Florida’s Eighth Judicial Circuit. After admission into the Florida Bar, Drew worked as a prosecutor for the State Attorney’s Office in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit.
Drew joined the team at Moody Law in the fall of 2020.
Caroline G. Moody
Caroline is excited to join her husband, Drew, and father-in-law at Moody Law. With a background in medical malpractice defense, she is uniquely equipped to help victims of negligence. Today, she can help victims in several areas of personal injury law find the justice they deserve.
Caroline completed her undergrad at the University of Florida and then obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg. Her hard work earned her the Victor O. Wehle Award for Outstanding Trial Practice. Caroline passed the bar in 2018 and is licensed to practice law in all Florida State Courts, as well as the United States Middle District Court of the State of Florida.
