Deadly Bus Accident Lake Placid Florida By Moody Law | Personal Injury Attorneys on February 23, 2010

A bus carrying senior citizens on a tour of Central Florida was struck on US Highway 27 in Highlands County, Florida.  There were 32 people on the bus that was returning from visiting murals in Lake Placid.  81 year old Betty J. Adams was driving the car that struck the bus.  Adams failed to yield while turning onto Highway 27.  The bus was struck in the side and rolled at least twice.  Passengers were ejected.  Passengers on the bus were affiliated with South Florida Community College in Avon Park, Florida.
