New Port Richey Teen Released from Hospital Following Accident By Moody Law | Personal Injury Attorneys on March 05, 2010

The 16 year-old bicycle accident victim was struck by a car on U.S. Highway 19 and critically injured Thursday afternoon.  Tyler Donohoe, 16, of New Port Richey was released from All Children's Hospital.  He had been airlifted to Bayfront Medical Center in critical condition after the accident.  The accident happened at about 4:30 p.m.  A school bus was stopped with its lights on--as traffic in other lane started coming to a stop, Donohoe began crossing U.S. 19.  At that time, a 1994 Ford Mustang failed to observe the signals on the bus and the law striking Donohoe.  The driver of the Ford Mustang was Daniel G. Holbrook, 57.
