Pedestrian Killed on Boggy Creek Road By Moody Law | Personal Injury Attorneys on March 10, 2010

As reported in the Orlando Sentinel, a man with a disabled vehicle was stopped at approximately 5:54 a.m. when he was struck by a passing motorist.  The pedestrian with the disabled vehicle along Boggy Creek Road got out of the vehicle and was struck in the roadway.  Florida Highway Patrol has shut down Boggy Creek Road for investigation.  Orange County Fire Rescue officials stated that the pedestrian was dead at the scene.
