St. Petersburg Man Killed Crossing Street By Moody Law | Personal Injury Attorneys on March 15, 2010

67 year old Ronald Paul Segars was a pedestrian struck by an SUV and killed in Pinellas Park, Florida.  Segars was struck by a 2003 Ford Escape at approximately 12:45 a.m. driven by Joanne C. Luce, 39, of St. Petersburg.  Luce pulled into a parking lot after the accident.  As a result, Park Blvd. was closed for at least two hours.

Pedestrian accidents occur all too often and involve much more serious injuries and/or death for the pedestrian rather than the motorist.  Moody Law has handled a number of pedestrian accident and death cases.  Please contact an attorney with Moody Law if you have questions or concerns about such cases.
