One Killed Several Injured in Accident
The deadly car accident occurred at approximately 9:00 p.m. near Oak Ridge Road and Texas Avenue in Orlando, Florida. A total of three vehicles were damaged in the crash and at least 6 people were injured. The injured include three children. The accident occurred when one vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic striking another vehicle. An SUV then struck the vehicle that crossed over. A total of 29 rescuers used special tools to free four people from being trapped inside the wrecked vehicles. The three injured children were taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando, Florida. Others, including adults, were taken to other area hospitals.
