This motorcycle accident resulted in the death of a currently unidentified 71-year old man from Lakeland, Florida.  The accident happened at approxoimately 11:35 a.m. in Auburndale, Florida.  88-year old William Charles Ward of Auburndale, Florida, was driving a Honda Accord and made a left turn from Adams Road onto S.R. 559 to go south. The motorcyclist was wearing a helmet.  The crash is still under investigation.

In the event that that the car pulled out in front of the motorcyclist, the survivors of the motorcyclist have a claim for wrongful death.  It should not matter that the deceased was 71 years old as he could very have likely lived many more years.  Those years are priceless to his survivors, children, and/or grandchildren.  Thatt is why personal injury lawyers at Moody Law represent those who have suffered a wrongful death in their family.  Our personal injury lawyers in the Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bartow, Haines City, Davenport, Auburndale, or Polk County, Florida areas, including greater Central Florida, can meet with you and discuss the facts and circumstances of your particular case.  Each case is different but you want to know what the options are.  A consultation with a personal injury lawyer with Moody Law is free.
