Chris Russo Jul 8, 2010

Three people were hospitalized after a motorcycle accident involving a collision with a car on Wednesday night in Pinellas Park, Florida.  The accident occurred when the Aimee Wider, 22, of Pinellas Park made a left turn into the path of a motorcycle.  Weider was driving a 1997 green Toyota on 49th Street going north when making the left turn.  The motorcycle was a 1974 BMW going south near the intersection of 86th Avenue North.  The accident occurred at approximately 8:50 p.m.  The driver of the motorcycle was Daniel Price, 59, of Webster, Florida and Britny Anderson, 21, of Tampa, was injured as his passenger.  The motorcycle hit the right side of the car throwing Price and Anderson onto the roadway.

This tragic accident occurred because of negligence.  In these cases, the motorcyclists often sustain more serious injuries than the occupants of cars.  If you or a loved one has been injured in a car or motorcycle accident in the greater Central Florida area, please contact a Central Florida personal injury lawyer with Moody Law today to discuss the facts of your accident or injury case.  Our personal injury attorneys can meet you at home or in the hospital upon request.  A consultation with one of our Central Florida personal injury attorneys is free.
