This accident happened at approximately 11:58 p.m. on Imperial Boulevard on Monday night. 18-year-old Jesse James Rodriguez struck a tree according to the Lakeland Police Department. Rescuers had to free him from his 2002 Kia. Rodgriguez was taken to Lakeland Regional Medical Center. This car accident is still under investigation. Rodriguez lived at 3963 Serenade Lane.
