Lakeland Man Dies After Crashing Motorcycle By Moody Law | Personal Injury Attorneys on April 11, 2011

22-year-old Jeremy Allen Wheeler, of Lakeland, Florida, died as a result of injuries suffered from a motorcycle crash into an embankment on Saddle Creek Road near Timber Path at approximately 10:00 a.m.  Wheeler was riding a 2009 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle.  Wheeler was wearing a helmet.  It is unknown why Wheeler ran into the grass and into embankment.  This accident tragically involved the loss of life to a very young man.  It is unclear what the cause of this accident is.  It could have been driver error or Mr. Wheeler could have been avoiding something in the roadway.  We will likely never know the cause.  We also do not know whether speed was a factor in the crash.  Motorcycles can often be more deadly than cars because of the added exposure to injury by being open.  The driver of a motorcycle should always exercise extra caution when operating it.  Oftentimes, a motorcycle is seen as a cheaper alternative to car transportation.  If you or a loved one has been injured in an accident, please contact a Lakeland personal injury or car accident attorney for free legal advice regarding the facts and circumstances of your case.  Each and every case is different and the amount of money that the plaintiff gets varies widely between cases.  In some cases, there is no insurance or assets that are reachable and the plaintiff gets nothing.  A consultation with a personal injury or car accident lawyer is generally free.
