Lakeland Man Dies in Highway 27 Accident By Moody Law | Personal Injury Attorneys on February 06, 2012

Hazell Stoudemire was driving a 2007 Cadillac Escalade in the northbound direction when his vehicle struck the trailer of a semi-truck.  This accident happened at approximately 1:42 a.m. in Lake Wales.  The Ledger reports that Stoudemire was traveling at a high rate of speed and that Stoudemire was not wearing a seatbelt. The truck was driven by Rupert A. Fairclough from Auburndale.  This accident is still under investigation and no charges have been filed at present.
