Hernando County Car Accident

The car accident in Hernando County, Florida happened at approximately 4:50 a.m. this morning on Interstate-75 near mile marker 297 near Brooksville.  The accident shut down all northbound lanes of Interstate-75.  At least one car flipped over and caused passengers to be trapped.  The extent of injuries is not yet known.  Florida Highway Patrol arrived at approximately 5:20 a.m.
