Seffner, Florida.  A head-on collision has resulted in serious injuries to two people.

Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  A motorist on the Florida Turnpike was struck in the windshield by a steel wheel that must have fallen off some truck.  No one is certain where the steel wheel came from.  The motorist was injured and taken to a south Florida hospital for injuries to his eyes and arms.

June 7, 2010.  A car accident occurred in Winter Haven, Florida this afternoon at approximately 1:15 p.m. during heavy rain.  The accident happened near the instection of 14th Street NW and Havendale Boulevard.  Two crash victims were taken to Lakeland Regional Medical Center while the other three victims were taken to Winter Haven Hospital.

May 24, 2010.  A multi-vehicle accident in Orange County, Florida injured a woman and a Florida Highway Patrol trooper.  A total of four vehicles were involved in this crash.  The accident occurred near Apopka Vineland Road and Conroy Road.

May 17, 2010.  Ruskin, Florida.  A pedestrian was hit and killed by a 2005 Kia Sorento on State Road 674.  The accident is still under investigation.  The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.  Authorities says that the accident happened at approximately 5:43 a.m. and that the Kia Sorento swerved upon seeing the pedestrian but still hit him.

March 26, 2010. A student was struck by a truck near Countryside High School in Clearwater, Florida.
